To use the Yeyo app, you must agree to the terms and conditions set out below:
1. Using the Yeyo app
1.1 Yeyo provides an information society service via the Yeyo application which allows the exchange of requests for transport services between passengers and drivers. Yeyo does not provide transportation services. Transportation services are provided by drivers under a contract (concluded with you) for the transportation of passengers. Drivers provide transportation services as economical and professional service providers, either on an independent basis or on behalf of a fleet company. Drivers do not provide transportation services on behalf of Yeyo. Yeyo disclaims all liability for the execution of the contract concluded between the passenger (you) and any driver. Disputes arising from consumer rights, legal obligations or the law applicable to the provision of transport services must be resolved between passengers and drivers. Data relating to drivers and their transportation service is available in the Yeyo app and receipts for rides are sent to the email address specified in the passenger profile. If you need an invoice, you must ask the driver for it. Yeyo is not required to provide invoices on behalf of drivers.
1.2 The Passenger (you) enters into a contract with the Driver for the provision of Transportation Services via the Yeyo App. You must pay for the transportation service in cash.
1.3 Before confirming a ride order, you will be presented with an estimated fare for the ride in the Yeyo app. The fare payable to a driver for a journey will be based on the prices made available to you in the app (please note that you can click on the driver category for more information) and the total fare will be confirmed at the end of the trip. the race. If you do not agree with an estimated fare or with the prices made available to you in the application, you should not confirm a ride order.
1.4 Fees will include applicable taxes where required by law. Fees may include other applicable fees, tolls and/or surcharges, including reservation fees, municipal tolls or airport surcharges.
1.5 When installing the Yeyo app, a passenger’s mobile number is linked to the respective Yeyo user account and added to our database. If you no longer use your mobile number, you must notify Yeyo within seven days so that we can anonymize your account data. If you do not notify us of a change of number, your mobile operator may assign the same mobile number to a new person who, when using the Yeyo application, could then have access to your data .
2. Ordering and canceling transportation services
2.1 If you order a transport service and the driver has accepted the trip, the transport service is deemed to have been ordered.
2.2 Once a Driver confirms that they will collect your ride, you will enter into a separate agreement with the Driver in this capacity, on the terms and conditions agreed by you with the Driver. Yeyo does not carry out rides and is not a party to your agreement with the driver concerned.
2.3 Cancellation of the use of an ordered transportation service means the situation where the driver has complied with your request and you subsequently reject, cancel or refuse the transportation service.
2.4 If you cancel a transportation service request multiple times, successively within a 24-hour period, we may temporarily block your account as a warning. After several such warnings, we may suspend your account for a longer period (e.g. six months). After this period, you can request to reactivate your account and your request will be reviewed by Yeyo.
2.5 When the driver communicates to the passenger the arrival of the vehicle at the destination and the passenger or the people for whom the trip has been ordered do not appear at the location where the vehicle is located within a certain period specified in the Yeyo application , the request will be deemed canceled. Sometimes drivers may decide to cancel your request. Please note that Yeyo assumes no responsibility for such situations.
2.6 Once the Driver arrives and communicates to you that he or she has arrived, the Driver may begin charging for the Service on a waiting time basis in accordance with the rates specified in the Yeyo App.
2.7 If you have requested transportation services through the Yeyo App and you cause damage to the Driver’s vehicle or its equipment (including by soiling or staining the Vehicle or making it smelly), the Driver will have the right to demand that you compensate for any damage. Please note that Yeyo assumes no responsibility for such situations.
3. License to use the Yeyo application

4.1 As the Yeyo application is an information society service (a means of communication) between passengers and drivers, we cannot guarantee or assume any responsibility for the quality of the provision of transport services or the fact that it is free from any defect. Since the use of the Yeyo application to request transportation services depends on the behavior of drivers, Yeyo does not guarantee that transportation service offers are always available.
4.2 The Yeyo application does not offer or place any transportation services for passengers. It is also not a transport agency service aimed at finding passengers for transport providers. The Yeyo application is used as a means of organizing the provision of transport services.
4.3 The consumer’s right to refund does not apply to orders placed via the Yeyo application. Requesting a refund for the transport service does not imply that you are no longer party to the contract under which the provision of the transport service was ordered.
4.4 The Yeyo application is provided “as is” and “as available”. Yeyo does not represent, assure or guarantee that access to the Yeyo application will be uninterrupted or error-free. In the event of any defects affecting the software, we will endeavor to correct them as soon as possible, but please note that the operation of the application may be limited due to occasional technical errors and that we are not able to guarantee that the The app will work at any time, for example in the event of a public emergency that may result in a service interruption.
4.5 Yeyo, its representatives, officers and employees accept no liability for any loss or damage you may suffer as a result of the use of the Yeyo application or the ride subscribed via the Yeyo application, including, without limitation limit it to:
4.5.1. any direct or indirect material damage or financial loss;
4.5.2. any shortfall;
4.5.3. any loss of business, contracts, contacts, goodwill, any damage to reputation or any loss that may result from the interruption of activities;
4.5.4. any loss or inaccuracy of data; And
4.5.5. any other type of loss or damage.
4.6 Yeyo’s financial liability for breach of contract will be limited to 400 US dollars (or 400 US dollars converted to your local currency). You will only be entitled to claim damages if Yeyo has deliberately breached the contract. Yeyo disclaims all liability for the actions or omissions of the driver, as well as for any damage the driver causes to passengers.
4.7 You agree to fully indemnify and hold Yeyo, its related companies, representatives, employees and officers harmless from any claims or losses (including liabilities, damages, costs and expenses of any nature) that they may incur. suffer as a result of your use of Yeyo (including rides you obtain through use of the Yeyo app).
4.8 Yeyo may immediately terminate your right to use the Yeyo App if you breach these Terms and Conditions or if we deem it necessary to protect the integrity of Yeyo or the safety of Drivers.
4.9 The limitations of liability set out in this clause 4 apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Best practices for using the Yeyo app
5.1 To the extent that Yeyo is not a supplier or broker of the Transportation Services, any issue of defect or quality of the Transportation Services shall be resolved in accordance with the rules and regulations of the relevant public authority.
5.2 We ask you to complete a feedback form in the Yeyo app. This allows us to make suggestions to drivers to improve the quality of their service.
5.3 We expect you to use the Yeyo App in good faith and to be respectful of drivers who offer their services via the Yeyo App. Yeyo reserves the right to close your account if you have violated the provisions of these General Conditions or if your activities are malicious, in particular if you refuse to pay for the transport service, in the event of fraud on your part, if you lack respect to drivers, etc. In these cases, your account in the Yeyo application may be terminated without notice.
5.4 If you have a complaint about a transport service that you consider unacceptable, please notify a supervisory authority or our customer support team.
