Luggage and other objects belonging to the client can be transported in both the trunk and the passenger compartment of the car, as long as they pass freely through the car’s entrances.

If you need to transport oversized luggage, please call the driver immediately after booking the trip and obtain the necessary permission.

Because Yeyo service does not provide additional services for the carriage of excessive bags, the driver reserves the right to cancel such an order.

Please note that carrying bags or objects that may stain or damage the automobile inside is not permitted.

If the carried baggage stains the interior or damages the vehicle, the passenger is solely responsible for the expense of interior cleaning and auto repairs.
