Yeyo notifies the authorities of claims of specific criminal crimes, along with the identity of the person filing the report. In addition to occasionally adhering to relevant licensing requirements, we take this action for the safety of drivers and riders.

Your app confirms the make, model, and registration number of the driver’s car when they accept your ride request. You can identify the driver’s car at your pickup location with the use of this information.

For your own safety, if your driver arrives in a different car than the one the app verified, please do not get in and report it to us right away, by giving specifics about the difference (e.g., make, model, or license plate).
