To receive a promotional discount on a trip fare, submit the promo code before requesting the trip.

Any promo coupon is only valid for one trip. Any unused value is lost and will not apply to your future trip.

Please keep in mind that some promos have expiration dates or are only valid in certain areas or cities. To access all current promo codes on your account, go to the app menu and select PROMO. Details and expiration dates are provided.

If you were unable to apply a promo coupon for this trip, please notify us within 30 days of your trip. We will review and amend as needed.
