Riders and drivers are given the option to rate each other depending on their travel experience.

The rating system ensures that Yeyo is used by only the most respectful riders and drivers. Ratings are always reported as averages, and neither passengers nor drivers will see the individual rating left for a specific trip.

To view your rating, follow these steps: 

1. Open the app and tap on the menu.
2. Your rating is the number that appears on top right, next to your profile.
