In rare situations, the ride or cancellation cost may be reimbursed to the rider, affecting your balance and profits.
The full ride price can be returned if:
1. The rider needed to pay more than intended.
2. Additional costs were added wrongly.
3. Additional fees may include toll fees, parking fees, booking fees, long-distance fees, and paid wait time fees.
- You did not start or conclude the trip properly.
5. Ride did not happen.
6. You accepted cash from the rider as an in-app payment.
7. The ride ended far from the objective, without the rider’s agreement.
8. You did not arrive at the specific pickup area where the ride was requested.
9. The long pickup time was not caused by technical issues with the app.
10. There were additional stops that the rider had not requested.
The cancellation charge may be reimbursed to the rider if:
1. You refused to continue the ride because of the rider’s chosen payment method.
2. Rider selected the Pet, Child, or Wheelchair-accessible category, and you refused to complete the ride.
