If the charge is unfamiliar to you, please verify that it is:

Card authorisation: A brief hold placed on your card by your bank to verify its authenticity. The payment name for this charge appears as /Yeyo on the bank statement. Please be aware that approval may appear as a pending charge and, depending on your bank, may be reimbursed right away or may take up to 14 days.

Cancellation fee: A cost associated with an order cancellation. We only provide receipts for orders that were cancelled and for which there was a fee. The amount charged is also shown in the app’s My orders

 

Payment using the same method for a ride that a friend or family member has taken.


Please get in touch with your bank right once to block your card in order to stop further unauthorised usage, though, if you don’t identify the charge.
