The best way to get an item you might have left in a car is to call your driver to connect. Go back and choose “Contact my driver about a lost item” if you haven’t already attempted getting in touch with your driver directly.
We will assist you if your journey has been over 24 hours and you are still unable to get in touch with your driver. Please contact us and provide the necessary information.
The drivers are private hire drivers with independent licenses. Items left in a car after a journey is over are not Yeyo’s or drivers’ responsibility. Although we are available to assist, we are unable to ensure that a driver will have your item or be able to deliver it to you right away.
