- Your password and username are accurate.
- If logging in requires a one-time password, you can receive it via SMS as you have access to the phone number associated with your driver account.
- We’ve activated your account. You will receive login information to your email address upon account activation.
The phone number linked to your driver account receives a one-time confirmation code. Please attempt the following if you have this phone number and have not received a verification code:
Restart your phone.
Send a code again. The code may take up to 60 seconds to process.
