If you are unable to access your driver’s account, please confirm:

  • Your password and username are accurate.

  • If logging in requires a one-time password, you can receive it via SMS as you have access to the phone number associated with your driver account.

  • We’ve activated your account. You will receive login information to your email address upon account activation.
