Please take the steps listed below, depending on the situation, if you think someone else has accessed your driver account.
I got a notification via email regarding logging in from a new device that I don’t recognise:
Verify that the phone number you are currently using and the one shown in your driver’s account match.
Verify your personal information in the Driver Portal for any questionable changes (payment details, etc.).
Get in touch with our support staff to report any changes to your personal information that you do not recognise and to include the pertinent information from the login notification (time, device used, phone number).
Provide your current phone number if you don’t recognise the one used for the login or if it’s a previous one of yours.
