Both the driver and the passenger have the option to cancel the order before the ride begins. Orders that are cancelled by the rider or do not arrive have no effect on your activity score.
The order may be automatically cancelled if the rider’s payment method is not verified successfully. Such cancellations do not influence your activity score.
If you must cancel the ride due to an inaccurate category selection or rider misconduct, please select the appropriate cancellation reason and report the situation to our support service.
