Drivers should not request that you pay the fare in cash unless you have chosen cash as a payment method for the journey.

If you are in a city where cash payment is not available, drivers should not request cash payment from riders for trip fares or tolls.

Tips are not included in the fare, although they are neither expected nor demanded. If you want to tip, your driver is happy to receive. If you paid a cash tip, no adjustments will be made to your total fare.

If your driver has demanded cash for whatever reason, please notify us as soon as possible.
