Yeyo collects some of your personal information. When you install and sign up for the Yeyo app, you agree to our General Terms and Conditions and receive information about how your data is collected and processed.
Your personal information will be kept for as long as you have an active account. Please contact our Support staff if you want access to or transfer your personal info.
To erase your data, please request that your account be deleted with an in-app message. Your personal data will thereafter be erased from the databases, unless it is required for accounting, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional details.
If you wish to delete your account, follow these steps:
1. Click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the home screen.
2. Click profile.
3. Scroll to the bottom and select “Delete my account.”
4. Enter the four-digit pin to confirm, then click the confirm button.
You can only delete your account after you have paid any outstanding balances.
If you are unable to delete your account, please contact our Support Team.
Once your account is deleted, no information associated with it, including credit card information, promotions, or Yeyo Balance, can be restored.
